I set up the fitbit on Christmas day but did not accept the free 1 year premium subscription. I deleted the fitbit app today and reinstalled it to accept the free subscription but I entered the wrong email address. A verification email to accept the free trial subscription was sent to the wrong email address.
Now when I go into the app it only offers a 90 day free trial for the premium subscription.
Can anyone help? Is there a way to put the fitbit back to 'factory settings' and reset it up again?
