After following all the directions out there to unsubscribe from Fitbit Premium, I am at an impasse. I tried to just completely delete my Fitbit Account prior to the monthly renewal and the monthly renewal still occurred, (I am paying via Digital River via Paypal).
Because of my payment option, the Unsubscribe option for Fitbit Premium never appeared properly in my Android app, and so I don't have the User Interface option to be able to do so, (I see a screen that tells me to go download a new Android app from the play store).
Unsubscribing seems completely unable to occur, and I can't seem to undo my last PayPal charge despite wanting to cancel this subscription.
Has anyone else run into this series of walls and found a communications solution to stop the subscription and payments? Thanks!
