I have purchased Fitbit coach premium about two weeks ago and I still cannot access the premium content. My mobile operator has already charged the payment from me.

The issue of sudden disappear of premium content is well known, I experienced it myself several times.
I've noticed then if the premium content has disappeared, after a workout with one of 3 default workouts and restart - it comes back sometimes. I also noticed that Ionic loves good wi-fi and restart should be done when you have one. This did not work always, however, in my case, the Premium always came back at some point.
