Unable to activate Premium as it's not accepting my card

I just got a new fitbit flex 2 and I've made it to where you give your card information to pay for to get the plan started my card has over 500$ on it.

Hi @Christie442-  these are the community forums where other members post and share, but this is something no one on the forums can help you with. You'll need to remove your contact number, as these forums are public. You will need to try customer support during the day. I'm in the USA.

No I can't sign up for the premium service. I have even made another email
account to be attached to my tracker and tried paying that way FAIL.

so this is a debit card, not a credit card? Not sure if they take those @Christie442-

My Mastercard is a Direct Express Card that my social security disability
SSI and SSD is posted on that card every month on the 3rd It Is by a
commercia Bank I use it to purchase things from Amazon Wish eBay
Marketplace it works in all other forums but this one and I don't know why

@Christie442- Hi there. Thank you for the details shared and the troubleshooting performed. 

 

I moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic. Note that Fitbit Premium can be activated from the Fitbit Store or from your phone default store, it can be Google or Apple stores. 

 

To activate it from your phone, do the following: 

 

  1. Tap the Premium tab.
  2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your trial, and follow the instructions to subscribe.

Also, let me know the error message you're getting when entering your card information.
