Unable to add Premium subscription to webstore cart

Hi, 

 

I have recently received my Iconic refund; along with the refund I can purchase another watch with 40% off / a free strap and a free pass for the annual membership subscription- however, when I try to purchase these 3 items - the membership subscription doesn’t go into my bag - a ring just keeps spinning (like it is trying to load) but then nothing happens - the watch and strap go into my bag fine but the subscription doesn’t - can someone help? / experienced the same thing? 

please see the attached photo - the ring just keeps spinning and the item doesn’t progress into my bag
