Unable to get 90 days Fitbit Premium in India

I bought the fitbit versa 3 from amazon, which ensured that I will get 90 days of free fitbit premium.

However, when I logged in its only showing 40% off for first use. When I tried searching, it looks like this offer is available only in US. Can I get a confirmation?

In this case, you may want to activate the free trial in the Fitbit Store. Take into consideration that the free trial in the store is available on some devices regionally.
