Every time I attempt to activate the free 1 year trial I get as far as putting in payment info and I get an error. "an unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later [OR-CAC-02] 9adfd56237c41c2d"
I have tried entering different payment sources and get the same result for several days.
Any advice?

@laffertyjoe Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the troubleshooting performed prior to posting.
Let's try the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Clear the app cache
- Restart your phone
- Log back in and try to activate the Premium trial

Before uninstalling the Fitbit app, just wanted to share that the app version 3.4.1 and below were removed from the Google Play Store, learn more about it here.
