@Vassrafit Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I've moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic. Thanks for letting me know that you're unable to subscribe to the 90 days free trial.

Fitbit Premium is available worldwide in English only. Keep in mind that this is available only for people who haven't completed a free trial before. If you're eligible, please make sure you're doing the following to activate it:

  1. If Fitbit Premium is available in your region, you'll see a Premium tab in the Fitbit app. Tap the Premium tab.
  2. Read the overview, and tap the button to get started.
  3. Choose a 1-year or monthly subscription to start after your free trial, and follow the instructions to purchase.

Let me know the outcome.

Hello, I have been unable to subscribe as well.. I am experiencing a similar issue as others on here. I am receiving an error code 1000. I do not have Face ID on this phone so I don’t believe that’s the issue. All payment info is up to date.

I am trying the 90 free Premium trial.  I signed up on the app on my phone and the exercise videos look great.  I would like to be able to have access on my computer.  I have logged in with the same email/account but on the website it is saying I don't have Premium.  Please advise.  The videos are too small on my phone.

Thanks Fitbit!

@Vassrafit @Lauralpower @CadiCoo It's nice to see you on the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate the details you've mentioned.

@Vassrafit Are you receiving any error message when you're trying to subscribe to Premium?

@Lauralpower I would like you to double check your app store account settings, force quit the app and then try again.

@CadiCoo It's great to hear that you're loving Premium videos. Currently, it's not possible to see them on your computer. However, I found these ideas Fitbit Premium available on desktop or laptop not just for iOS and Android Casting Premium workout on TV screen. You could vote and comment on them, this will show your support.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hello!

I've been trying to subscribe to the 90 day trial as well. When I try to go through the app, it offers the 90 day trial, and then defaults to the 7 day trial when I get to the "checkout" stage. I was finally able to do it off the app on my phone browser, but now the app isn't recogning that I have premium. I'm still being prompted to try premium when I click on the different features.

Thanks!

@100222 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned.

Please try the following troubleshooting:

- Log out from the app

- Force quit the app > clear cache

- Log back in

After this follow this procedure to start your free Premium trial, keep in mind that this is an offer for new users.

Hope this helps.
