I bought 20$ premium for Charge 5 and I accidentally used another email to set it up and I cant use the Fitbit for the premium account because it's a one time connect thing and it doesn't let me connect and now I wasted 20$ on premium I can't use because I can't use premium account now and Customer service can't do anything about it

I don't see a question in your statement but will take a shot at what I Think you are asking. If this is a situation where you are maintaining multiple email addresses but your device is currently associated with a different one than what you used for the premium account, You can remove the Charge 5 from the current email and then add it to the email account you used for premium. The downside is you will loose history from the current account but the upside is you get to use premium.
