Unable to view/manage my Premium subscription

I just bought a Fitbit subscription on the website, but I don't see any way that I can manage or view it. When I try to view it through the app it takes me to the Google Play store but nothing is there. Has anyone had this issue? To be clear, I have access to my premium features but I cannot view or manage my subscription at all. I have tried contacting customer supper and they were not at all helpful.

@DavidS2300 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for contacting our Support team. 

I would like you to make sure you're logged in the same account that you used to purchase your subscription. If your subscription was purchased through the Official Fitbit Store, you should have received a email for an invitation to manage your membership. 

However if it was purchased from the Fitbit app and then redirected to Google Play Store, your Fitbit Premium needs to be managed in Play Store. More instructions about it, can be found in this article

Additionally if you have an open case with Support, please continue the communication through email, they'll be happy to assist. This to avoid any confusion or misunderstanding.

Yes, it is the same account. There was no management link in the email that I was sent after purchasing the subscription. And when I select manage account through the app it just takes me to a blank page on the Google Play Store. I really wish someone had an answer for this.
