Upgraded to Premium and has not shown up yet!

I upgraded to PREMIUM back in March.  79.99 was taken out of my account.  I am still being asked to upgrade to PREMIUM.  They have my money, but I don't have the PREMIUM features.  No one to call to ask!   Anyone else have this problem?

I appreciate that you mentioned you already paid for Premium but it hasn't been activated. 

 

I would like you to make sure you've subscribed to Premium by following these tips. It can take up to 8 hours for your subscription to activate.
