Hi guys,
I have been really excited when I got my charge 5 with 6 months premium yesterday!
The features and programs and also the the inclusion of Calm are amazing for me personally and every $ worth.
However now I can't play any video. I extra deleted loads of personal videos on my phone to create space because I 've read this could be a reason... I spoke to the client support but nobody could help me?
Now I see here that loads of people have the same problem.
So i assume it's a general issue. Why then you don't inform us directly that you have a general problem insted of letting us try these things that anyways don't make any difference?
I seriously hope that my 6 months trial doesn't start as long as I can't use it. I guess that's only fair.
So please let me know what is the issue and when you believe it can be solved.

It's working now but only with DATA. Interesting because you recommend to use WIFI. However maybe if some other guys that have the same problem want to try it like that, give it a try. For me it works perfectly with DATA and not at all still with WIFI. I don't mind becausse I have like 50GB per months that I never use... So I am really happy now! The Premium is amazing!
