Anybody else unable to use the videos? I’ve tried data, wifi, different devices, updates and I can’t watch a single video or programme. I’ve discovered this problem with many people so they just use YouTube videos so what are we paying for? So frustrating, finally try to be healthy and your blocked by poor product. Can’t even access there online chat??? Is this a long-standing server issue because I just took the leap into these paid services to find out nothing works. Well that’s enough energy wasted, can’t contact support so very much a too good to be true Service.
