Wellness report not downloading; not available during the initial 6 month Premium sub?

I've had my Charge 5 for more a month and signed up for the six month free Premium subscription. I bought my Charge 5 brand new for $129 which I understand is a discount from when it was originally released.

 

Are people who bought the Charge 5 at the discounted price allowed to get the Wellness Reports or do we have to wait until the six month free period is over and actually pay the $79 annual premium to get Wellness Reports? Trying to download the report just displays the Downloading screen without downloading anything.

 

The Charge 5 firmware version is 57.20001.149.11 and the app version is 3.57.
