Wellness report will not share or download

I have force stopped the app, I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have granted all permissions. I get the notification in app that report is ready. When I try to Download or Share report, it give me continuous spinning wheel of death stating it is doing the requested action,but never goes anywhere. There is a small flash when I hit the button, before spinning wheel pop up goes on screen, not sure what that is. I have let is stay on this screen for 10+ minutes each, with no results, on 9/24, and today, 10/9. Please help! Thanks.

Same issue, since they merged with Google. No one can direct me to where the "viewable.pdf" has been "downloaded" to.

This was the main reason I purchased the "premium membership". What a useless monthly bill Fitbit has become for me!

I eventually managed to get my report after searching through peoples questions and comments. I'm on an android device. I was able to download and view my report using an idevice. In my case I downloaded the fitbit app onto an ipad and logged into my account that way. I was able to view the report. I'm mot sure how to get it off the device for future reference but at least was able to view it. I'm assuming that the report download problem is a glitch with Android devices. I hope this helps.
