What are "personalized insights" in Fitbit Premium?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I haven't gotten any of the "deep personalized insights" yet and I've been on Premium for 2 weeks but have years of data before even getting on Premium. How long did you have to wait for these to show up? Thank you.

Can someone please tell me what the "deeper personalized insights" are in Fitbit Premium? Are they push notifications or something else? Thank you.

Hi there, @DreamCatcher10.

Thanks for your interest in our Fitbit subscription. To answer your question, I'd like to share that Premium will use your data to provide you with tips or observations to help you reach your goals. This will be displayed in each tile or graph on the Fitbit app. For example, in the case of the Stress Management Score, a regular app will only show the score that you got. However, with Premium, you'll see a breakdown explaining what category impacted this value.

If you want to learn more the Fitbit Premium features and benefits, I'd recommend this help article as well as our website.

I'm not getting any of the tips. I get all of the scores though.

Hi there, @DreamCatcher10.

That's odd, and thanks for keeping me posted. If you're referring to the stress management score, you should be able to see one of the following screens:

With that in mind and if the issue persists, please take a screenshot of what is displayed on the Fitbit app and attach it to your reply. Additionally, provide me with the model of your phone and OS version as these details will help me to investigate in my end.

I get the stress management score. I was expecting to get tips like it used to be. I thought thats what the personalized insights were. But nope. I wish it was more clear in the advertising. I think I'm going to drop premium after the free trial. I mean it's interesting but I don't think I should pay for score break downs that should already be free.
