I just signed up for Premium for 90 days free trial, but I thought it was a 6 month free trial. Did the offer recently change?

@Aebaker716 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thank you for getting in touch about this.
It's great to hear that you signed up for the Fitbit Premium free trial. The free trial for Fitbit Premium is for customers who haven’t previously activated a free trial for Fitbit Premium which is a 90-day free trial.
Additional Fitbit Premium trials are offered with the purchase of a Fitbit Inspire 2, where you could get 1 year or 6 months with Fitbit Sense.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

I signed up for the 90-day premium trial as well. And now I'm wondering how I cancel before it's due to charge my card as it just hasn't been something I have had time to use. I can't find info anywhere on canceling.

I was supposed to get a 6 month free trial with the purchase of my FitBit Sense. On my phone it shows that but is making my charge my PayPal Credit which I do not want to do. When I go online to sign up, I am only getting 90 days. Chatted with support for close to an hour and they were no help and then disconnected me when I said this to FRUSTRATING. Now what? How do I get my 6 month trial!?!?!?

Sounds like Premium is more frustrating than helpful

I signed up too and there is no way to cancel it on any platform. I signed up on my tablet and you are supposed to be able to cancel from it but doesn't exist which makes me think it can't be found on purpose so they get to charge you. I am going to call them to cancel mine because like you I have not utilized it like I thought I would.

@vegmoo @ElianaI Hi there, Thank you for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the research done prior to posting, I see where your disappointment is coming from. If you signed up for the Premium subscription using your phone, you must likely used the Fitbit app and then entered your payment details through Google Play or Apple, please follow this procedure to cancel it:
@LoWo A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. I understand your frustration with this, I'll be more than happy to help you sort this out.
Your Fitbit Premium subscription will show up as soon as you set up your Fitbit Sense, the 90-days offer you're getting is available to anyone new to this subscription. Can you confirm that your new watch has been set up to your account?
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
