Hi just bought premium for my versa 3. When I go into learn more on the graph there is no history. Nothing different from not having premium. When is the history for the week. What benefit is premium.

@amandarose5 When you are on your Today page, your main dashboard page, does it say Fitbit Premium across the top? Also, there should be a gold ring around your profile picture. With respect to the Premium Health Metrics features, when you first tap on the Health Metrics tile, there is a toggle to go between week and month. Premium history can go back a month. Are you seeing these things?
I think a moderator said that you might not get an insight every day and I don't know how often users are supposed to get them.

Hi when I am in health metrics and click on sp02 learn more I have no history. Nothing has changed since I bought premium. Also I have never had a wellness insight pop up this is all I can see..

@amandarose5 Your screenshot is one of the Health & Wellness Reminders. If you tap on your profile picture > Versa 3 > you will see the Health & Wellness Reminders choice. Those reminders are different from the Premium Insights that will tell you things like, "When you walk more than your 8,502 steps per day, you get seven more minutes of deep sleep..." @MarreFitbit included the link to the relevant Help article in her post. How long have you been a Premium member?
