When I go to start my Fitbit Premium trial, it says already claimed!

When I go to start my 90 day free trial for premium, it says "Already claimed", although I have never claimed it before? Is this a common bug, if so, can I fix it?

It's odd what you're experiencing. Let's try the following: 

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 

- Clear the app cache 

- Restart your phone 

- Log back in
