Where Are the Orders? Where is the Premium Option (trial)? How do I cancel? WHY IS THIS SO HARD!!!

I had an Inspire 3, perfectly fine little device. I bought a Charge 6 and transferred to Google and nothing works. SO many questions:

1) This was supposed to come with a 6 month trial, yet it shows I am paying. However I can't see it in my Fitbit/Google account, WHERE do I find this to cancel Premium and HOW do I get Premium for 6 months free?

 

2) Why can't I even sync either device? It disconnected the Inspire 3 and no nothing syncs?

This is by far the last device I buy from Google/Fitbit. Complete piece of garbage. They steal my money and I can't even use the **ahem** device!

Any ideas or do I throw all of these devices in the garbage and where do I find this subscription so I can cancel????

Spelling error, it should say "now nothing syncs".... there isn't even an edit option in this forum?

Btw the online "help" states to click on 'manage subscriptions" to cancel Premium, but when I do it states to "manage subscriptions by signing in to the store or website where you originally subscribed", but I subscribed ON THE APP!!! I hit Premium on the App set-up, what are they talking about? 

Clearly the designers never actually use any of these products!

Is there a phone number to call? 

 

I can't believe that the only way to setup a new device is to spend hours on forums reading threads. This should not be this complicated. The old Fitbit system was so much better, it just worked admit should.
