Where to track Mindfulness exercises?

at the end of my mindfulness exercises, it asks if I want to track that I've completed the session. I click yes, but I'm unable to work out where these are being tracked? Is it on the dashboard?

@Cstally It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this.

When you complete your Mindfulness exercises, these will be shown in the "Weekly Exercise" tile along with the other exercises you're performing.

As someone with a weekly exercise goal, I do not want to see a mindfulness session logged in this category. I thought it was a glitch in my app. I set a weekly exercise goal aiming to improve my physical fitness. Doing several short mindfulness sessions in one day, makes it look like I have met my weekly exercise goals. I no longer log these sessions, as I primarily rely on my Fitbit as a physical fitness tracker. I would love to be able to track both- but separately. It would be beneficial to track both to see how they impact one another. It's muddled and unhelpful in it's current method of tracking.

1000 times yes! What is the use of having a designated mindfulness tile if, in addition, the session gets thrown in with the regular exercise and messes up the stats? This needs to be fixed.

@pamcnm @nina.by.the.sea Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Mindfulness sessions logged in the Exercise tile, if you're doing an exercise plus the Mindfulness session this won't messed up your Exercise tracking.

However there's a new Mindfulness tile that comes in the Fitbit Premium features, where you could find sessions and keep track of the sessions done over the week. Learn more about it by checking this article: How do I track and manage stress with my Fitbit device?

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

It really needs to be separate. If I were able to meet the goals without tracking the goals I wouldn't need Fitbit. Mindfulness should track Mindfulness and Exercise should track Exercise. Mindfulness is not Exercise. Mindfulness can be done from the couch. I'm trying to get OFF the couch and I don't want 2 minutes of breathing to be considered Exercise. I'll just have to not track Mindfulness until this is corrected.

Good Morning

I have a Versa 2 and added the Mindfullness tab and added a goal of 3 days a week. I completed one session, and it is not logged on my dashboard. I don’t see a way to manually add a session. This would be great since I do sessions outside of the app. How can I at least see the sessions I complete on Fitbit?

@Syoharris Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this.

It's great to hear that you're using a Versa 2! It's not possible to manually log a Mindfulness session, the only way to log one is by starting one in the Fitbit app and then it will ask you to log it and the session will appear in the Mindfulness and Exercise tile. Keep in mind that this will show up in your online Dashboard under "Activities". Can you confirm that you logged the session after you completed it?

Looking forward to hearing back from you. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Hi
After doing the Fitbit session, an option to track never came up in my display.

Totally agree!  It tracks is as mindfulness and exercise!  I see no good reason for this.  They’re 2 different things.

I would really like to see a way to manually log mindfullness sessions as I also often mediate outwith the app and also either a meditation timer or unguided meditation sessions as I prefer to meditate without the distractions of a voice or background sounds.  It would be amazing to be able to log all my mindfulness sessions on the Fitbit app.
