Hello,
I was unable to finish the workouts in week 3 of push up prep. The week has come to an end and the programme has finished. I would like to complete the 2 workouts I didn’t get chance to do in the time limit.
Can anyone tell me what the workouts in week 3 of push up prep are so I can find them in the coach app?

Hi Grace,
It might be a bit late by now but the two workouts I managed to get done from week three were Stronger and Longer, and Mighty Middle. I'd love to know what the last one is if you ever found out. If have to say, I think it's ridiculous that they aren't listed anywhere (or at least nowhere I've been able to find).
