Hi, I’m trying to sign up to Premium but I’m receiving- “Error: Please check your payment details in your iTunes account and try again. Error code: 1000”.
My payment details are set up correctly in iTunes & up to date. I’m in Australia.

Yes, but Fitbit Premium purchased through the Fitbit website only allows for a 3 month trial, whereas the Premium Trial on the Fitbit app that has my Sense connected to it, advertises a six month Premium membership trial. So, if I go with purchasing the Premium Trial on the Fitbit website, I'll be losing three months additional trial membership subscription if I do not complete the process through the Fitbit app on my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G where I continue to receive an error message stating that the order cannot be completed and that the transaction failed - when I have tried multiple times using various payment methods, but still no success to date. If somebody could help me solve this issue, that would be great! Thanks!

Hi, I tried to purchase using your link through Fitbit.com.
Unfortunately, I am forced to specify an US address and phone number, but I am located in Europe, so this does not work either.
I also tried to switch off the Face-id on the -Tunes Store and App Store, no luck 😞

Hi I having this after my free trial ended
I changed the monthly charge fo anual and the app tells me that I am already subscribed but after I click ok it gives de error code 1000
and the app doesn’t recognize my subscription but the App Store does
