I am currently 33 years old female and 350 plus pounds and have been for years now. I have signed up for dual health insurance and have had a free fitbit premium account all of 2020 and 2021 and have not used a bit of it. I didn't know what all was included with the program. But now I will be starting to use it. I will also receive a free fitbit from the insurance company next year in January. I just don't know the version of the fitbit yet. I just know now the insurance company offers a free fitbit I'm going to request mine on January 1st or 2nd when it become available.
I plan to start using the program more with the fitbit and make a few resolutions for the year 2021. If anyone knows what model of fitbit will be available please let me know and if there are any tips on how to best use the premium membership please let me know thank you.
