Unless you have Samsung Galaxy or Xiaomi phone you cannot play sound from two different sources on Android. There is a workaround. Download Poweramp for Android

If anyone still has a library with .mp3 🤔😁(I have not had a mp3 file for years). you can play those, or you can use Spotify or other streaming service.
