After upgrading my Fitbit and getting bombarded by unethical SPAM from Fitbit I have stopped recommending the product and and questioning if I will continue to wear one.

It totally stupid to have people pay top dollar for electronics and constantly invade their life with offers and spam.

It is reason to charge $1000 per unwanted spam.

It is sad to see a company like fit bit slide into the unethical sleaze aspect of an internet business.

How since Fitbit has decided to go the route of Carnival  Barkers trying to separate me from my money a $1000 per spam is a reason fee.

Please have your attorney contact me with proof that my personal information is being managed and is secure from spambots.

Hi @konradb  we live in a world of advertising. My cell phone carrier sends texts and emails about their latest phones. No matter the service or product we own, the companies let us know that there are more products we can purchase. Over time, I've just learned to ignore any ads that don't get my attention and deleting an email or text is easy enough to do. My television, radio and computer are forever sending commercials and ads. Looking at the local news site online and there are tons of ads. I'm not sure what you honestly expect, but I'm pretty sure you won't be getting any money. Check the Terms of Service - click to go there - which we all agree to when using these devices and these forums.
