cancel membership to change country/region of phone

Hi, I'm enjoying Fitbit Premium so got an annual subscription but now I want to cancel it so that I can change the country/region on my iPhone, as I have moved to the UK and a number of UK apps aren't yet available to me. Even if I cancel the subscription, it is active till Feb 2025 so I don't think I can change the country/region until then. I tried to change to a monthly plan but that wouldn't start till Feb 2025 so doesn't solve the problem. Any idea how to change the country of a Fitbit subscription?? Thank you

Actually, while reading your post, I was thinking if there is an actual limitation for premium access from the UK. The truth is that you can enjoy every premium feature without changing the region you currently are in!

If this is not what you are asking, please help me out and explain a little bit more about the whole situation, so I can give you more info.
