I have a fitbit sense. I want to actuate the premium membership. Cannot do that since everytime the process gets stuck at the payment gateway. I am from India. Please help me to access the premium membership

Hi @PalashNandy,
The fact that you have a Sense and a Fitbit Premium membership has nothing to do with your membership issue. The two are not linked. If you have issues with the Premium membership, that is where your issue is, not with the Sense.
With that in mind, have you cleared the app cache for Fitbit and made sure that the app is updated? Which OS are you running?
