The fact that you have a Sense and a Fitbit Premium membership has nothing to do with your membership issue. The two are not linked. If you have issues with the Premium membership, that is where your issue is, not with the Sense.
With that in mind, have you cleared the app cache for Fitbit and made sure that the app is updated? Which OS are you running?
