I cancelled my premium membership in everyway possible after my Sense died after only 13 months. Of course I was out of the warranty period. Despite the Sense dying so soon, I am looking to purchase a Versa 4 only because the Garmin watch I really want is double the price. Fitbit is offering a year of premium and a two year protection plan for $42.48, which I would like to do, but when I check out, it won't add this option as it says I already have a membership. I canceled the membership in July with Google and every way posted in the forum, but when I look at my account on the Fitbit site, it says my premium membership is active and next billing date is 11/11/22. WHY??? It's canceled, I'm not getting charged anymore. Really makes me what to splurge on the Garmin as they all all of the same features and you don't need a membership. Anyone else experiencing this?
