I have just got a Fitbit versa for Christmas but it won't download the coach app.... I have also downloaded the app on my iPhone and It won't open just I just keep getting a pop up notification saying failed to reach consent service please try again later. I have had these notifications since Christmas and I have uninstalled the app a few times and re downloaded it can you fix this?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to the Coach website and log in. When prompt, accept the Terms and Conditions, then open the Fitbit app and check if you're still seeing this message. If you are, please reply to us with a screenshot so we can check this further.
