"Loading" but now running or showing

I started the Fitbit Premium & Fitbit Coach 90 day free trial. I love what it appears to be about and the premise sounds awesome. So, I tried to get it (some of the workouts) to run and all i get is "loading"... and doesn't get beyond that. I searched fixes and it says it has to have a strong internet connection (I'm less than 10' away from my wifi & router in sight line), force stop and restart (done), restarted phone (done) and still nothing. Anybody else? I'd really like this to work! If it does work, I'll keep it and pay for it, probably....because, like I said I like the premise. Help!??

@Deanna29 It's nice to see you around on the Community.

It's great to hear that you love the idea of Fitbit Premium. Thanks for the research done prior to posting and the troubleshooting tried.

It sounds like you're accessing Coach workouts, please confirm your device is compatible with the app:

  • iPhones and iPads, and Android phones and tablets.
  • Windows 10 computers, phones, and tablets
  • Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X

Requirements

  • Constant internet connection. We recommend using Wi-Fi instead of your cellular data.
  • 1GB of free space.
  • 4GB RAM on computers.

If you're using the Fitbit app, please let me know the name of the workout you're trying to access.

Keep me posted.

Hello there...

Yes I'm using a Samsung A50 connected to wifi and have been trying various
apps through Fitbit coach. The most recent one I've tried is Intro to
Pushups.

The app appears to try to start but doesn't. As well, when I click on any
of the moves, does it try to give a video clip demonstration of the moves?
It looks like it tries to do something but it doesn't go anywhere.

It's it a download or a stream?

@Deanna29 Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delayed reply.

I appreciate that you mentioned you're using a Samsung A50 and connected to Wi-Fi. When you open the session on Coach, it should show you a check mark and once you tap on it, it should start downloading your session. When the session has been downloaded, you'll see the play button.

If this isn't what you're seeing, please attach a screenshot to your next reply.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
