I started the Fitbit Premium & Fitbit Coach 90 day free trial. I love what it appears to be about and the premise sounds awesome. So, I tried to get it (some of the workouts) to run and all i get is "loading"... and doesn't get beyond that. I searched fixes and it says it has to have a strong internet connection (I'm less than 10' away from my wifi & router in sight line), force stop and restart (done), restarted phone (done) and still nothing. Anybody else? I'd really like this to work! If it does work, I'll keep it and pay for it, probably....because, like I said I like the premise. Help!??

@Deanna29 It's nice to see you around on the Community.
It's great to hear that you love the idea of Fitbit Premium. Thanks for the research done prior to posting and the troubleshooting tried.
It sounds like you're accessing Coach workouts, please confirm your device is compatible with the app:
Requirements
If you're using the Fitbit app, please let me know the name of the workout you're trying to access.
Keep me posted.

@Deanna29 Thanks for getting back. Sorry for the delayed reply.
I appreciate that you mentioned you're using a Samsung A50 and connected to Wi-Fi. When you open the session on Coach, it should show you a check mark and once you tap on it, it should start downloading your session. When the session has been downloaded, you'll see the play button.
If this isn't what you're seeing, please attach a screenshot to your next reply.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
