"Transaction failed" error when getting free trial Premium

Just received the sense I bought, when I try and get the free trial of premium it keeps saying transaction failed. How do I sort this?

Just an update, I added my PayPal, it still wouldn't work, I left it a while and tried again with my PayPal and it worked 🙂 I'm all sorted now, thank you 🙂

Hi @Tiizer, have you tried clearing the app cache?  Also, which platform are you using?

I have, I've used force stop aswell. It keeps declining. Just spoke to someone on live chat and they have no idea either 🤷🏻‍:female_sign: I'm on Android, Google Pixel 6

Then you are definitely talking to the right person, @Tiizer!  In addition to volunteering on the Community Council, I volunteer with Google, and one of my new specialties is the Pixel phones!

 

With that said, was there a code that was sent to your email that you used to create the account?

I've had my account since 2015 so I just removed my old tracker and added my new one. Fingers crossed we can solve this.
