I randomly began receiving charges for the premium subscription one day. I received no confirmation that I had even accidentally purchased it. It also didn’t show up in my subscriptions when I tried to cancel it by clicking “Manage Subscriptions”
in the fitbit app, so I had no way to cancel this invisible subscription. Fitbit support was basically 0 help, and does not issue refunds under ANY circumstances, even when they are shady and randomly sign you up for premium without asking you or informing you. I lost money here and didn’t even know I had premium features. moving to apple watch from here on out

Same I am starting to feel scammed. I have random occurring charges for fitbit premium. I called customer support they couldn't find anything so now I am calling the bank to make a report. $10.59 a charge.

If you’re with Apple, file the charge back via the App Store. I assume you could the same for Android.
I managed to get a Miss charged subscription back through Apple App-store and pleased I didn’t even bother with Fitbit support.
