I'm finding this very confusing - they said that if I stopped auto payment the premium service was available until the end of the period (august 2020), however its gone missing and I'm not getting my sleep score. I've noticed premium doesn't seem to integrate - its different from my apple phone to my laptop (which is where I wish it worked better). Where did my premium go?

It's pretty weird that your Membership isn't available even though you just cancel the auto renew. I've noticed you already have a case with our Support team, I've opened it again so they will clarify any confusion.

Interesting is that it DOEs appear on my iphone. It does not appear on my laptop which is a PC. Even though I log in to the same account. This seems buggy, curious about why ... but my ask is: is there a "fix" -- thanks.

Same here in terms of Premium appearing on my iPhone but not on PC. Once I renewed Premium, it’s still not visible on PC and the price went up 60% too. The only option I found to enroll in Premium involved a 7 day trial first so I’m gonna see how the PC version looks after that.
