Just received my 2017 review which makes very interesting reading statistically ..  However I have my settings set to miles rather than kilometres.   I was very pleased to boast my mileage 1st jan to 31st dec was 1736 miles   ..   Imagine my disappointment to receive the 2017 review and discover I only did 1710 kilometers (1062 miles). Come on fitbit which do we believe .. ?   should we spend 2018 checking the accuracy of our devises with another manufacturer ?

Thanks for bringing this up! I'd like to take a closer look.

 

Could you take a screen shot of the total you got on the review and the total that shows on your Dashboard? That would help me get a better sense of what could've happened.
