Hi,

I was wondering if anybody knows a way to animate certain statistics of a bike ride. I am looking for a way to export my speed data for example, and use that to get the data in an overlay on a video showing me "real time" what speed I was going at that moment in time on the GoPro video. I have seen this once on youtube somewhere a long time ago and can't find it anymore to show an example of exactly what I want to achieve. I have been searching through the world wide web for quite some time now but couldn't find an answer.

Kind regards.

You may check out Dashware. From Fitbit dashboard you can export TCX file. I don't know if Dashware supports TCX bit it supports Garmin FIT so you may convert data if needed.

Hello! In fact, everything is quite simple and there are enough such tools. There is an excellent selection of video editors https://thinkmobiles.com/blog/best-video-converters/ to help solve the problem of image animation. They suit me personally. I advise you to test several options to choose from. Each of them is accompanied by a detailed description. For example, Freemake Converter is free and supports 63 video formats, as well as various audio and image formats. It can download videos from YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, etc. And even extract audio from it. It can edit and trim the video before converting it. Works on all Windows has 18 menu languages, 20 video presets. But watch out: Freemake puts a watermark on the weekend video.

Hmm, that’s a really hard task. I cannot imagine how you can do that by transporting the data of your speed to the GoPro video you have. I mean I imagine inserting it manually in the video as a text but nothing more than that. Maybe you can find such data transfer in the settings of your Fitbit account... well the only thing I can help with is the app I use for editing https://www.fastreel.com/video-merger.html.

I was a little fond of creating videos, more precisely, I learned how to edit multimedia files. I can recommend easy-to-use and free software for creating such content. On the movavi.com site you can find not only professional programs for editing video or graphic files, but also there are many interesting articles with tips and instructions, reviews of new features of such programs. I am sure that with the help of such modern tools you will be able to turn your idea into reality.
