I cannot find the account icon on my dashboard.

Are you talking about the phone?  Its in the upper right corner sort of looks like a disc

 

Computer: Click on the gear and go to settings. You will find just about everything there

I just discovered that its a bug issue on the app and they're working on correcting it.  In, the meantime, click above the "share" icon in the dashboard where the account icon would/should be.  Apparently, the icon is temporarily invisible.

And it appears that it may be isolated to a single version of the app - or at least it is not an issue with the iOS app.
