Account won't let me log in

My Fitbit one quit syncing early Sunday Morning. It also will not let me log in to my acct. It keeps telling me to check and see if passcard is correct. I did change it but not sure if it got changed.  I have logged in with both old and new PC and it keeps telling me the same thing. What is the problem?

Hello @Ma_Diddles.

 

Thanks for bringing this up and trying to log in through multiple devices.

 

It is very possible that the password wasn't changed or you don't remember the password, My suggestion would be to try to reset the password. That should do the trick.
