Achievements "Best" not updating

My online Profile shows my "Best" performance as 23 October 2015 (This was my first day) even though many better ones have occured. Is there anything I can do to force it to review later performances? Step, Floors and Distance are all stuck.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @GrahamFC. It's great to have you here. The engineering team is aware of the "Best" Achievements are not getting updated for some users. Once any update is available it will be communicated as soon as possible. In the meantime, I went ahead and updated your stats.

 

I moved this thread to the Dashboard board because it is more related to the topic. Hope to see you around more often. Robot Very Happy

I spent almost 35 minutes in a troubleshooting online chat session with a FitBit representative who was ultimately only able to tell me the stats glitch is 'an engineering issue' that 'the engineers are aware of and attempting to fix'.


Then I read in another thread that you just have to e-mail FitBit (http://help.fitbit.com/) and somebody will get your stats back on track. I actually PM'd a FitBit representative through these forums and was told I shouldn't have done so for a techincal issue - though they were able to fix my stats.

 

So I'd suggest e-mailing. Where it says "Still Stumped? Contact Support" on the bottom right at http://help.fitbit.com/ - click that and choose the E-mail option. Give them a link to your profile and explain the situation.

 

They probably don't want to be inundated with requests for what amounts to a cosmetic nuisance, but they've obviously not come any closer to that 'engineering' solution.

My 'best' stats aren't updating either. The first time this happened, the Fitbit rep suggested I log out and log back in again and this actually worked. But since then I've achieved more 'best' goals, but the logging in and out doesn't work this time.

My "Best" performance is also stuck at basically my starting date numbers. Only had my FitBit Charge HR for a little over a week. Seems this is a common problem. Suprising that the Engineering Team hasn't produced a fix for this. Doesn't seem like it would be such a huge hurdle to get over.

I noticed this post and realised my best achievements have also not been updated since the first day I deployed my Fitbit Charge! Could the same kind of manual update from your end be applied, please? And is there no way to force an update from the user end? Thanks.

Hello everyone! It is never too late to get a little update on the matter.

 

Like @EdsonFitbit mentioned in his post, this issue is currently being worked on. In the meantime, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team. I'm sure they will be happy to assist you.

The last time my Lifetime Distance updated was for 500 miles on Oct 4, 2015.  Would it be possible to update mine also?  Thanks!

Good luck to you. I did get mine all caught up, took some time with online Fitbit Chat. You may want to try that.
