Active Minutes not syncing

Hi,

 

So I have done exercise, the fitbit has recognised that I have done so and updated. But it has not updated my active minutes... still saying 0minutes.

Any ideas?

I did 32 minutes of a workout. It has logged the workout with an average
heartrate of 120 and all that. Just not the Actives Minutes

I'd like to take a closer look at this situation. To do that I'm going to need you to take a screen shot of the activities showing on your Dashboard. This would then let me get a better understanding of what is going on.
