Activity goal tile not loading

The tile that displays Daily Steps, miles, et cetera has been trying to load for three days. I've even tried it on a second computer.

I cannot seem to delete the tile and re-add it.

Is this a common problem? The tile has become useless. See picture below.

@Patrick It's nice to see you around. Thanks for the screenshot shared and the details mentioned. 

 

In this case, I would like you to clear cookies and cache. After this log out and log back in to check if your stats load as expected.

Thanks, but no. I cleared all History then closed Firefox and re-started.

Still the same pinwheel.

I don't know if it makes a difference, but I have the same issue on a second machine.

So clearing the Cache and Cookies should not be an issue.

Should it?

Can you share what the fix might have been for your issue with the Goal Tile?  I seem to be having the same issue with same tile across multiple browsers.

After posting about it, @SilviaFitbit tried to help then sent a message to a tech in Fitbit.

I received an e-mail to tell me they would work on it and suddenly a day or two later it was working.

I have the same issue since i brought my fitbit. Can't get it resolved.
