Activity graph not accurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit Alta seemingly is recording my steps accurately.  However, they are not accurately represented in the activity graph during the times I am stepping.  I went to the gym yesterday and logged a couple of thousand steps, but they are not represented in the graph during the times I was there.  I checked my time zone settings and they are accurate.  Sometimes my activity graph doesn't show up until the next day.

Can you post a few screen shots; that might help us diagnose what is going on.

My morning steps are not showing in my activity history.  Somehow I'm unable to post a screenshot of that.  It keeps telling me my HTML is inaccurate or invalid.

Hmmm, can't see it; too small.  😞

Are your steps always off by the same number of hours?

Hey @Rar923 and @shipo.

Not getting the proper times must be frustrating. In addition to what @shipo mentioned, are you getting the correct number of steps at a different time on the graph or are they distributed through the day? When did this start happening? Could you also take a screen shot of what is shows when the graph is not present?

Look forward to your reply.
