Adding a new Fitbit

We have 3 Fitbit For our kids, one Alta and now 2 Charge HR thanks to a generous grandmother! Upon initiating the setup for the second Charge HR, it will only let me switch rather than add the new device.  Please advise for the next step as the app does not offer an option. Thank you!

Although fitbit allows multiple devices to be connected to an account they have to be different models. So, you can't connect both Charge HRs

The real problem though is that you are trying to use the same fitbit account for all 3 of the kids. This won't work as all their data will get merged.

Instead you will need to set a fitbit account for each of them. This will mean using a different email for each. Once the accounts are set up the original problem you had will not occur.

To legally use the trackers, the minimum age must be required. Cat Embarassed
