Hi, How do I manually add steps to the Fitbit Dashboard because I am not always syncing with my phone so I was just wondering.

Thanks,

Brayden

If you have been wearing your fitbit but not syncing then you may not need to do anything as the fitbit can store up to 5 - 7 days of data between syncs (depending on the model). So, as long as you can sync every few days then it should catch up when you do sync.

If, however, you forget to wear your fitbit then you can manually add an activity to log your missed steps / miles etc. There's a guide to doing this at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1306/

Note though that manually logged steps will not count towards badges, challenges or the step count on your friends list.

Thank you Steve, just one more question, how would I add the data on my Fitbit dashboard on Fitbit.com?

That was covered in that help file. It says:

  1. From the fitbit.com dashboard, click Log > Activities.
  2. Click a common activity, or search for an exercise type.
  3. Enter the activity details, and click Log.
