Adding in sleep days

Fo whatever reson fitbit failed to record my sleep..therefore nil sleep showing for that day. I want to manually put in my actual hours slept so my monthly average is correct. You can edit a days sleep by changing the start /end times but I cannot see how to insert a missing day? Cheers

Here's how you can add a night's sleep:

 

1. Log in to fitbit.com

2. Go to Dashboard link.

3. Go to Log

4. Go to Sleep

5. Under Log Sleep, fill in date and times.

6. Click Log Sleep button.

 

 

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
