App still not working

Was anyone able to get an update or sync their dashboard!  Seems they took the alert down but my dashboard is still only showing calories. Thank you

I’ve tried chat twice with no resolution. Probably a

scam to get people to upgrade or buy premium. I’ve been a Fitbit person for 5 years. If it’s not remedied by tomorrow I’m going to Apple!

Have it both ways! Keep plan A as back up and go do what you must. The
choice is yours. Be part of the solution not the problem. You didn't hear
this from me I'm invisible. Good luck.

My app is syncing but I only see calories like you.  The problem apparently isn't fixed for everyone

I just contacted the Chat Line at Fitbit and the rep told me this issue still exists and that the engineers are working on fixing the Fitbit app.  I was given case# 48320493 in order to follow up on this issue.
