Average sleep per week

I sometimes sleep a bit during the day to compensate for her lack of sleep that i get at night. However i keep noticing that im only averaging of 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night per week. Apparently if i sleep an hour during the day, fitbit calculates it as another day of sleep and that's why i keep scoring a low avergare sleep week. Anyone else?

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @Filfil!

I'd like to take a closer look at what is happening so that I can find the best way to make sense of the average showing. Could you take a screen shot and then post it as a reply? That way I'll examine the details you are seeing.

Look forward to your reply.
