Battery Indicator

Battery percentage on app does not match percentage on device (Versa Lite). Used to synch but not now. Have tried - turn off/on, restart watch, reinstall app, turn phone off/on and a factory reset - Versa Lite is 2 years old on the 30th December - warranty will

Hello @Connie64 and welcome to the Community forum.  I suspect you are an iPhone user.  Many of us are having the same problem with the current iOS app.  We will need to wait for a fix.

Same Problem. iphone 8 v15.1. Fitbit app 3.52.1 (1084).

The only way I have corrected this is to log out on the fitbit app; log back in and re-sync. I have to do this each time the problem occurs.
