I am constantly well under budget with my calories . I have never been in the green zone by end of day since I've had fitbit but am eating more than enough. I don't want to be eating just for sake of it to try and catch up .
Is there anything I can do . E.g. change deficit or target weight etc ?

Hi @Bigsam,
I've experienced something similar, but in reverse-- I get calories in that are a little low for my needs. You have the right idea--if you go into your weight plan, there should be a calorie deficit/surplus number you can make an adjustment to. You can also change your target weight, but I found just playing with the deficit was enough. When I was to lose weight, I actually choose "maintain weight", and if I want to maintain I set up the plan to gain weight. I ended up adding about 200 calories over what's recommended.
Everyone's a little different, so it'll take a little experimentation to get the number right, but once it's set you should be good to go. Hope this helps.
