Frustrated over the Charge 2 caloric burned count during an exercise.  My two other apps agree (MapmyRide and MyFitnessPal)

Example:

7/15/18 Bike 3:08:18hrs  burned 348calories

7/16/18 Bike 1:59:47hrs  burned 392calories

Result: The more you exercise the LESS calories you burn.  LMFAO. C'mon!!!

Both MAPMYRIDE and MyFitnessPal put burned calories in the 850range for the 1.5hr run and 1400calories for the 3hr ride.

Fitbit has done the RESTART with me as well as SETTING UP NEW DEVICE.  Case#25785283

Testing again tomorrow.... if it doesn't work..... I will return it!

I suggest checking your weight is entered correctly.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

...AND it's only getting worse.  Today's bike run was 2.50hrs and burned 310calories.

Result: The more you exercise, the LESS calories you burn.

FITBIT calorie count makes NO SENSE AT ALL.
